Psalm 31:3
Since you are my rock and my fortress,
for the sake of your name, lead and guide me

While on the road to Daytona Bike Week to minister, I had the opportunity to listen to many accolades referring to the passing of the late evangelist, pastor and counselor to presidents, Billy Graham. I was able to listen to some of his crusades as he preached the Word of God. As I listened to his preaching and interviews, what struck me was that he always referred to ‘what the Bible says’. When Christians ask me what I think of certain subjects, knowing their motives, I answer ‘it doesn’t matter what I think, it matters what God thinks and what His Word says’. You see, God’s Word is truth, absolute truth.

I find that in these days, there are many pastors, ministers and evangelists out there that take some truth, mix in their interpretation, and present it as Gospel. I also find that there are a lot of people out there following their spiritual leader’s version of truth. For those followers, their leaders and their theology become their truth. With that in mind, I find that there is a real need to know the truth, God’s Word.

In Ephesians 6:14, “Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place”. The bible says that this is part of the Armor of God that we are to put on. As followers of Jesus the Christ, we must put on the ‘belt of truth’. As any veteran will agree on the importance of ‘Boot Camp’ and ‘Advance Training’ to be all that a soldier can be, the same holds true for a born-again follower of Jesus. By putting on the ‘belt of truth’, that has to mean that we as believers have taken God’s Word (truth) as absolute into our hearts. Amen! When I really became a Christian, a follower of Jesus, I became hungry for the preaching and teaching of God’s Word. I attended bible studies and began to listen to Christian music and radio. I immersed myself in God’s Word, the Bible, the Truth. I began to realize the Holy Spirit of God was giving me understanding so that I would embrace ‘God’s Truth’ in my heart and soul! I was learning to distinguish truth from religion. 1 John 2:26-27, “I am writing these things to you about those who are trying to lead you astray. As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him.” You see, the Gospel of John 14:26 speaks to this truth. The people that we meet each day don’t want to know our version of the ‘truth’, they need and want the truth. Jesus said in John 14:6 “Jesus answered, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” I have been so blessed by God because of the Christian men and women that He has put in my life to walk along side me in this journey of faith.

My heart is that God will use this ministry to lead people, His creation to the truth as Jesus stated in John 14:6. I have come to realize that this life is preparation for the next! I want to see family and friends in heaven. This road to heaven is a narrow road, not everyone will get in. Jesus said in Matthew 7:13-14 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”

While on the road I traveled over 5,000 miles planting seeds of faith, watering seeds of faith, giving away all kinds of bibles from Life Recovery bibles, Biker, Fireman, Police to Children’s Bibles and other Christian materials. I did this from Minnesota to Daytona Florida and all stops along the way. I want to thank you for your willingness to support this ministry. I simply want men, women, children, and families to know the truth. John 14:6.

God’s Blessing to you all, your brother in Christ Jesus.

Romans 10 says How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed?

And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard?

And how shall they hear without a preacher?

And how shall they preach unless they are sent?”
